Frequently Asked Questions

Question

My children do not want our timeshare, what do I do?

Answer

Do not let it be inherited by them, which can most certainly happen unless you legally get the timeshare out of your name.

Question

I would like to speak with someone over the phone.  How can I make that happen?

Answer

If you call our toll free number 1-800-588-1582 or inquire on our website for further information, we would be happy to arrange for you to have someone to talk with.

Question

Five years ago I could book a vacation with RCI or my developer and it was easy…

Answer

The inventory that they used to draw from has been reduced by 75% or more.! The properties that were once used to book weeks for owners such as yourself are now used as cash cows for rental and Vacation Club markets. The developers also use this inventory as an inexpensive way to entice prospective timeshare buyers to the resort. Does a week in Vegas for $99 sound familiar?

Question

When are you going to be in my area so I can meet with one of your representatives?

Answer

If you call our toll free number or inquire on our website for further information, we would be happy to let you know where we will be in the near future.

Question

I am a member of RCI and have weeks that I have space banked. I also have an existing reservation…

Answer

No. Transfer of title will not effect existing or pending reservations.

Question

I was burned once before by paying a company over $1000 upfront to sell my timeshare…

Answer

Timeshare Relief is not a listing or resale company. Timeshare Relief DOES NOT charge a “Listing Fee”, “Advertising Fee” or “Appraisal Fee” promising to transfer the property once a “Phantom” buyer is secured at “ballooned” market prices. Timeshare Relief DOES NOT sell the properties. Timeshare Relief DOES transfer the property through a third party, licensed, insured, and bonded title company.

Question

What does Timeshare Relief want with all these timeshares?

Answer

We don’t want them and we don’t sell them. We are a service provider, much like a “Timeshare Divorce Lawyer” -- If you don’t love your timeshare anymore and it doesn’t love you, our service legally gets you separated forever. Timeshare Relief gets owners out of bad timeshare contracts that have NO exit.

Question

Who do you use to transfer the timeshare out of my name?

Answer

An independent third party, licensed, insured, and bonded title company will handle the transfer of title out of your name.

Question

Who will be responsible for my future fees?

Answer

From the day you decide to use our service, Timeshare Relief and or it’s assigns will be responsible to pay all future maintenance fees, special assessments, and property taxes related to ownership of the timeshare.

Question

Will my name be off of the deed?

Answer

Yes, ownership is legally transferred. Depending on the property of record, title is transferred via Deed, Membership, Lease, Assignment, or as required by resort’s official governing documents (Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions).

Question

What does Timeshare Relief do?

Answer

Timeshare Relief provides a service to get dissatisfied timeshare owners out of their unwanted timeshare contracts.
